How does the meetup link work?
Create a listing, set your available pickup times, and share your DealLock AI link with buyers. Buyers open the link, pick a time, and complete a quick verification before the meetup moves forward.
What happens when someone picks a time for my item?
It depends on your booking settings. If you turn on approval, the buyer’s selected time will come in as a request, and the pickup is only confirmed after you approve it. If approval is off, the pickup time is confirmed as soon as the buyer books it.
You’ll get a notification either way, and once a pickup is confirmed, the item moves into a clearer deal flow so other buyers can join the waitlist instead of sending more scheduling messages.
What if I forget the pickup time?
Don’t worry. Pickup reminders can be sent to both the seller and the buyer before the scheduled time, so everyone has the details before the meetup. Sellers can also customize reminder settings to match how they like to manage pickups.
